Job summary

Bosch Group in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a hands-on Brazing Operator to help startup a new production line. You will learn the brazing process, assist in creating work instructions, and support cross-functional teams during the ramp-up.

The role requires training in the process, traveling overseas for extended periods, and the ability to train new associates, operate multiple machines, perform 5S, and ensure daily targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with brazing processes or similar required.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting orders and prints.
• Able to learn new processes and machines quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support startup and implementation of brazing operation on new line.
• Learn process during startup and help develop local work instructions and standards.
• Communicate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.
• Train and monitor new production associates on shift and provide feedback.
• Load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain machines; perform 5S; troubleshoot; meet daily targets.
