Job summary

Daikin Applied in Staunton, VA is seeking a Line Assembler to perform brazing and assembly duties in a climate-controlled facility. Shifts include 1st and 2nd with a starting wage of $27.13 per hour and a $2.30 shift differential for 2nd shift.

You will read blueprints, use hand tools, and ensure quality through measurements and inspections while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Line Assembler duties and brazing tasks as assigned.
• Read blueprints, schematics, routing sheets and OMS documents.
• Operate tools and equipment to assemble, test, and move components.
• Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality.
• Maintain quality records and report line issues in data systems.
