Responsibilities

• Safety: perform pre-operation checks and safety inspections
• Production: assemble and braze parts and operate lines to meet daily rates
• Quality: inspect parts to ISO requirements
• Delivery: support change-overs and meet due dates
• Cost: monitor materials and equipment usage to reduce cost
• Inventory: manage WIP and components and perform cycle counts
• Lean: participate in lean events and apply lean processes
• TPM: conduct daily TPM on equipment
• 5S: maintain 5S in the work area
• Metrics: collect and post production and quality data
• Data: ensure accurate data recording of production and quality metrics
