Job summary

Bodycote in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Braze Assembly C to perform essential heat‑treatment duties under the Braze Manager, supporting teammates and meeting customer specifications. The role is safety‑sensitive and hourly with a pay range of $22–$27 per hour.

It includes 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision coverage, shift options, and a $1,500 sign‑on retention bonus. Hours are Monday–Thursday 4 pm–2:30 am or Tuesday–Friday 4 pm–2:30 am, with overtime eligibility and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications.
• Must demonstrate basic English communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/ databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer parts for brazing following blueprints and specs.
• Inspect parts and ensure proper cleanliness and assembly.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Support EMS and protect customer inventory and assets.
• Report for work on time and follow directions and procedures.
