Job summary

Bodycote in Fremont, CA seeks a Braze Assembly C who will perform heat treatment tasks under the Assembly Leadperson. Responsibilities include receiving parts, preparing parts per blueprints, and maintaining safety and EMS compliance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 0-2 years brazing, ability to read blueprints, and fluency in English. ITAR compliance requires U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status. Shift is 9:00pm–5:30am, with training on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of brazing experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints/specifications.
• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required.
• Must demonstrate ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspection of customer parts for brazing.
• Preparation of customer parts for brazing according to blueprints and specifications, including cleaning and assembly.
• Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.
• Must work in a manner consistent with the EMS.
• This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
• Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
