• Assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment through opening and closing checklists.

• Transport food and beverages safely, lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Serve efficiently, maintaining good coordination and physical movement throughout shifts.
• Perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Handle guest checks and process payments following all cash handling procedures.
