The restaurant group successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's! The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. Assists in the maintenance of the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Implements and maintains a philosophy aligned with Company culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.
