Biaggi's is hiring Bartenders to help us create an incredible food & beverage experience for our guests. If you love serving people and know how to "wow" with your customer service, we want you to be on our team!

Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, honest, and possess strong beverage service experience. Must be available to work consistently, maintain a positive attitude, and be an excellent communicator.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests
• Interacting with customers, taking food & drink orders, and serving guests with a friendly smile
• Guest retention, cleaning, sanitizing, side work, teamwork, reporting to management
• Handling cash and credit payments

Bartender Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting (preferred)
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid alcohol certification
• Knowledge of recipes, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Ability to prepare ingredients and organize bar supplies
• Operating equipment safely
• Effective communication in English
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
• Experience serving food and menu recommendations
• Interpersonal skills, basic bookkeeping, POS system knowledge
• Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods
• Food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
