The Server Assistant provides assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and supporting staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

Ensure that every point of contact with the Guest meets or exceeds expectations, creating a lasting impression to drive repeat business. Promote a high-energy environment that encourages engagement and enjoyment for both the Family and the Guest. Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering a respectful work environment. Demonstrate confidence in decision-making, ensure prompt and friendly service, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. Ensure proper documentation of accidents and incidents. Know property layouts, menu items, prices, preparation methods, and presentation standards. Be organized, attentive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to sanitation and health regulations, maintain cleanliness of workstations and tables, and assist with guest needs and table resets.
