The Server Assistant supports service, bartending, and host/hostess staff in maintaining smooth guest service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role aligns with our company culture and standards, serving as a guide to all staff members.

Essential Job Functions

1. Ensure all guest interactions meet or exceed company standards to create a memorable experience and encourage repeat business.
2. Promote a high-energy environment that maximizes engagement and enjoyment for guests and staff.

12. Perform physical movements required for the role and work independently.
13. Comply with sanitation and health regulations.
14. Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and tables.
15. Assist with table bussing and guest needs.
