The Server Assistant provides assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role supports a company culture that emphasizes guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

  8. Ensure proper documentation for accidents and incidents.
  9. Maintain knowledge of property layout, menu items, service standards, and dress codes.
  10. Assist with table setups, cleanliness, and guest needs, including bussing tables and replenishing supplies.
  11. Perform job functions with minimal supervision and in compliance with sanitation and health regulations.

Additional Info

One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
