The Server Assistant supports the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth guest service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and embodying a company culture that guides all staff.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions

  • Stay organized, focused, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Maintain physical stamina to perform job functions throughout shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of workstations and tables, promptly resetting tables after guest departure.
  • Assist with bussing tables and guest needs as required.
