Job summary

Young Automotive Group is hiring a Production Specialist to edit raw footage into polished deliverables for television, digital ads, and social media. You will support shoots with equipment prep, shot-list management, and on-set tasks, while planning and executing short-form projects end-to-end.

The role requires strong editing experience with Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio
• Experience assisting on multi-camera shoots and operating a B-camera or gimbal
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into broadcast-ready deliverables for TV, digital ads, and social media
• Assist producers and cinematographers on shoots with equipment prep and shot-list management
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video projects end-to-end for social media and client testimonials
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account teams to translate concepts into revisions
• Stay current on video trends and AI-assisted workflows to improve quality and efficiency
