Job summary

The Real Deal is seeking a skilled Video Producer / Shooter / Editor to join Brand Studio in New York. This hands-on role covers production through post-production, translating creative concepts into polished video content for digital and social campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in video production and editing, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Premiere Pro and cinema/mirrorless cameras. On-site role with collaborative leadership on set and in post.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional video production and editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional editing software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematography and editing work.
• Experience with cinema and mirrorless camera systems such as Sony FX-series, Canon Cinema EOS, Blackmagic or comparable systems.
• Experience delivering content across digital and social platforms.
• Ability to translate creative direction into technically and creatively polished work.

Responsibilities

• Lead camera operator and production partner on Brand Studio shoots.
• Collaborate with the Director of Brand Studio on shot planning, visual approach and production execution.
• Translate creative direction into cinematography and visual coverage.
• Edit premium branded videos from raw footage through final delivery.
• Maintain organized Premiere projects and post-production workflows.
• Create deliverables including 2–5 minute hero videos and 60–90 second social edits.
