Job summary

Fairchild Media Group (FMG) is hiring an Associate Editor, Branded Content to craft and oversee high-end sponsored content across native articles, multimedia series, and white papers for luxury fashion and related sectors. You will translate insights into compelling thought leadership pieces for FMG’s global ad partners.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with ad sales, design, and editorial teams to maintain the FMG voice and sponsor goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional writing/editing experience, with a B2B focus in fashion apparel, retail, beauty, or related segments.
• Ability to distill market trends and sponsor needs under tight deadlines.
• Strong editorial judgment and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit sponsored content including native articles, research reports, multimedia content hubs, video, podcasts, and social.
• Develop thought leadership content around fashion and related technologies.
• Source interviews, conduct market research, and identify industry trends and consumer behavior changes.
• Protect editorial integrity while satisfying sponsor messaging objectives for FMG brands.
• Collaborate with ad sales, marketing design, and FMG brand editorial teams to pitch and execute campaigns.
• Lead creative editorial vision for projects across teams.
• Manage timelines, asset delivery, and revision cycles for multiple projects.
• Apply SEO best practices and analyze engagement metrics to report content performance.
