Job summary

Onebrief is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape our visual presence across marketing and sales touchpoints. You will translate complex operational ideas into cohesive visuals for events, websites, and collateral working with marketing, sales, and product teams.

You will own projects end-to-end, maintain brand consistency, and mentor peers. This distributed role offers remote collaboration and impact across campaigns for global audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience for B2B or technology brands, with a strong marketing collateral portfolio.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma; able to translate brand guidelines into multiple formats.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for marketing campaigns (digital and print), social assets, emails, and ads.
• Design event materials and tradeshow assets (booths, banners, signage).
• Develop website graphics aligned with brand standards and user experience.
• Build sales tools (presentations, datasheets, one-pagers, case studies).
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and act as the brand ambassador across materials.
• Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and vendor coordination.
