Job summary

Altar'd State in Marlton, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising to support the Store Leader in achieving store goals through exceptional guest service, compelling merchandising, and efficient operations.

You will drive floor sets and window displays, elevate brand presentation, mentor associates, and uphold loss prevention standards while delivering Stand Out For Good experiences to every guest.

Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, climbing and reaching as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-focused team environment while driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Plan, execute, and maintain floor sets, displays and window installations.
• Lead merchandising presentation and store atmosphere; ensure brand integrity.
• Coach and develop associates, manage training and scheduling, and drive retention.
• Ensure loss prevention practices and protect company assets; communicate with executive team.
