Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a creative Graphic Designer in Cary, NC to develop compelling visual content across print and digital platforms. You will create branded marketing materials, update websites, and ensure consistency of the visual identity while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

The role requires a degree in a related field and at least 3 years of professional design experience, with strong Adobe CC skills and WordPress experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing collateral.
• Experience updating websites using WordPress CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, branding.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials (brochures, white papers, infographics, presentations).
• Develop branded templates and visual assets; maintain brand standards.
• Update and maintain website content with CMS and HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand storytelling.
• Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Create graphics for email campaigns, web, and social media channels.
• Review materials for publication and production readiness.
