Job summary

Methodic in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Visual Designer to own brand identity, marketing visuals, and product-facing graphics. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create clear, engaging visuals that communicate Methodic's fintech value proposition.

You will maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials, websites, and blog visuals, while contributing to the design of the web application and white-label templates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital design best practices.
• Strong portfolio across digital ads, print materials, and web graphics.
• Good understanding of branding principles and experience creating or applying brand guidelines.
• Ability to simplify fintech concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-QA work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design choices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines (logo usage, color palette, typography, etc.) and ensure all materials adhere to them.
• Design marketing and sales collateral such as website banners, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, one-pagers, and case-study PDFs.
• Create visuals for blog posts, webinars, and other content marketing efforts to illustrate Methodic's value proposition.
• Contribute graphic elements for the web application and white-label app templates.
• Collaborate with vendors or printers for physical materials, ensuring specifications and quality.
• Stay current on design trends in tech/fintech and propose new visual storytelling ideas.
• Manage multiple design requests and projects, prioritizing based on business needs and iterating on feedback.
