Purple, Rock, Scissors is seeking a Visual Designer to support Senior/Staff Level Marketing and Growth for one of our fintech clients. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind how a healthcare financial services partner communicates with its audience.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, content, and brand, translating complex financial and healthcare concepts into visual stories that resonate with providers, patients, and partners alike. Day‑to‑day, you will produce the full spectrum of marketing and sales collateral: digital ads, pitch decks, landing pages, social content, and partner‑facing materials that help our team sell the client and close deals. You will collaborate closely with growth, product marketing, and external partners to develop a visual framework and asset library that scales with the business, moving from one‑off execution to a system that makes every future hire and campaign faster and sharper. As a foundational member of a visual design function we are actively building out, you will have direct influence over the creative direction of the brand. This is a high‑ownership, high‑visibility role for a designer who can marry business needs with compelling visual language and is comfortable moving fast in a growth‑stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing and sales collateral, including digital ads, pitch decks, landing pages, social content, and partner‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with growth, product marketing, and external partners to create a visual framework and scalable asset library.
• Transition visual execution from one‑off projects to a system that facilitates faster and sharper future campaigns.
• Serve as a foundational member of the visual design function and influence brand creative direction.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Senior, Staff, or Principal Level Visual Designer focused on marketing and growth.
• 5–10+ years of visual design experience specifically oriented around marketing, content, and advertising.
• 5+ years of experience creating conversion‑focused marketing materials such as digital ads, sales decks, social content, and partner collateral.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma—using it as a source of truth for assets and building scalable frameworks and component systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining a visual asset library or design system for a marketing or brand function.
• Strong presentation design skills in both Figma Slides and Google Slides, creating decks that sell as well as inform.
• 1+ year of proficiency with AI‑assisted creative tools, including Midjourney and Artlist (a plus).
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners, translating business goals into visually compelling executions.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare financial services, patient financing, or medical payments.
• Experience with Figma Make for rapid prototyping or design‑to‑code workflows.
• Familiarity with Lovable or similar AI‑assisted build tools.
• Background in a high‑growth startup environment where creative infrastructure was built from scratch.
• Experience with Figma Make, Claude Code, Artlist, and Midjourney.
