Job summary

Prosum is seeking a Visual Designer to drive our design language, brand, and visual design across the organization. Working in the Experience Design team, you will shape how our narratives are communicated through visuals, presentations, and templates.

You will collaborate with designers to evolve branding, deliver graphics and assets, and create style guides that meet stakeholder expectations. The role requires strong storytelling, attention to detail, and clear communication to translate

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Concept development for business segments; translating complex ideas into design artifacts and graphics.
Develop brand identity elements, design standards, and style guides to ensure consistency with our brand.
Deliver graphics, assets, style guides, presentation templates, and branding materials for key project requests.
Build client presentations that align to brand guidelines and delight clients.
Present and articulate design direction to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with designers to evolve design language and branding efforts.
Generate design work plans; estimate items and communicate dependencies and issues.
Contribute to the growth of the design team through initiatives and collaborative projects.
Inspire new ways of thinking and explore fresh approaches to design problems.
