Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a talented Visual Designer to craft high-quality visuals for medium-complexity projects, from concept to final production across digital, print, and presentation media.

You will partner with Creative and Production teams, manage timelines, deliver polished designs, and translate creative direction into compelling assets, including speaker decks and event branding, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in graphic design preferred, with strong portfolio.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience across multiple media.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Experience with PowerPoint/Keynote presentation design and templates.

Responsibilities

• Independently craft high-quality designs for medium-complexity projects across digital, print, and presentation media.
• Generate clear concepts and translate them into visuals from start to finish.
• Design event branding and logos; develop speaker presentations from concepts to detailed designs.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain organization of assets and workflows in PM software and within brand guidelines.
