Unikities Raleigh is seeking a dynamic Sales & Brand Manager who thrives on the sales floor and loves creating an incredible retail experience from every angle. This role blends styling, sales leadership, visual merchandising, content creation, and store operation to bring the Uniquities brand to life daily.

You’ll own client relationships, energize the team around sales goals, and shape the customer experience from fitting room styling to social media content.

• Confident in starting conversations and building client relationships.
• Creative, resourceful, organized and able to switch gears throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, building genuine relationships and styling head-to-toe looks.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Create warm, elevated client experiences and develop VIP clients.
• Oversee visual merchandising, mannequin styling, and displays for current arrivals.
• Capture on-brand social content featuring new arrivals, store moments and trends.
• Ensure smooth store operations, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
