Job summary

TweakCentric Solutions is seeking a Creative Strategist who can bridge client expectations and creative execution. You will interpret client needs, shape the creative direction, and guide designers to develop visually compelling, strategically aligned work.

You will collaborate with marketing, social, and copy teams; stay updated on design trends; develop creative briefs; and ensure final output aligns with goals. Strong presentation and communication required.

Qualifications

• Experience in translating client needs into clear design direction.
• Ability to present visual concepts clearly to non-designers and designers.
• Knowledge of branding, advertising, and design principles.
• Experience creating mood boards and design guides.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into clear creative strategies, visual direction, and actionable design instructions.
• Understand and articulate the look, feel, and mood clients expect in designs.
• Guide designers on layout, imagery, typography, and brand consistency.
• Work with clients or account teams to communicate vision to the design team.
• Develop creative briefs with design direction, visual references, and mood boards.
• Ensure final output aligns with strategic goals and client expectations.
• Stay updated on design trends and market innovations to inspire creativity.
• Attend client meetings and present creative strategies when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and copy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
