KTeam in Austin, TX is hiring a Creative Ad Strategist who bridges strategy and design to deliver high-converting ads for fast-growing DTC brands. Report to the Creative Director and work across paid social to translate performance insights into creative direction and execution.

This hybrid role blends concepting and production—build concepts, design assets, and lead testing with media buyers and BI. A strong portfolio and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping ad strategy and creative direction.
• Strong design instincts with high-volume ad production.
• Proven ability to translate performance insights into creative concepts.
• Experience with paid social platforms and testing.
• A robust creative portfolio with growth metrics.

Responsibilities

• Scale DTC brands to 7+ figures/month in ad spend.
• Develop angles, hooks, and concepts rooted in data.
• Personally execute on creative when needed (video, static, UGC).
• Build concepts into fully formed ad variations for testing.
• Collaborate with media buyers, BI, and creative teams to iterate quickly.
• Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and direction.
