Job summary

Lippincott is hiring a Consultant in its Strategy practice to help shape brand strategy, naming, and messaging for clients. You’ll learn the craft through hands-on coaching, asking sharp questions, and developing a point of view on day one.

You’ll work closely with design and experience teams on projects from naming pioneering AI offerings to repositioning airline stories, building research, analysis, and compelling narratives for impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree with expected graduation in spring/summer 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Unrestricted eligibility to work in United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and decode complex business and creative challenges alongside your team.
• Contribute your point of view to client brainstorms and meetings.
• Analyze client dynamics, brand experiences, and competition to surface implications.
• Craft written brand manifests, concepts, and messaging.
• Research customer needs and brand perceptions via interviews and surveys.
• Build presentations with clear, persuasive stories grounded in insights.
• Learn how strategy connects brand, marketing, and experience.
• Support project management by circulating notes and tracking priorities.
