Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in brand strategy, consulting, advertising, experience strategy, or a related strategic discipline.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to turn inputs into stories.
• Experience developing presentations, workshops, frameworks, or tools to align around strategy and activate change.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to deliver polished strategic materials.

Responsibilities

• Own defined workstreams from input gathering through final deliverables.
• Translate research, data, and business context into insights and strategies.
• Build strategic presentations, workshop materials, and tools for alignment and decision-making.
• Develop frameworks and activation plans to bring brand to life through experiences.
