Job summary

Lippincott is seeking a Senior Associate to guide brand strategy engagements for leading clients. You’ll shape strategic directions, lead case teams, and deliver rigorous, creative solutions that drive business outcomes.

You’ll manage client relationships, develop compelling stories, mentor juniors, and ensure alignment across design, experience, and marketing disciplines. Hybrid work with 3 days in office to start.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting with brand/business focus.
• MBA is welcome but not required.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects with shifting priorities.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills for C-suite to entry level.
• Ability to connect business understanding with brand implications and creative solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shape and oversee the development of brand opportunities grounded in business strategy and customer insight.
• Structure project workplans and guide team workflow, mentoring juniors.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and delivering recommendations.
• Build client relationships and contribute to new business development.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with client leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage case team resources including talent and budget.
• Draw on broader frameworks to solve multi-disciplinary challenges.
• Develop presentation storylines and frameworks and lead delivery.
• Oversee analysis of quantitative and qualitative research with analytics support.
