Job summary

Work across print and digital media from concept to completion, ensure quality for client presentations, and balance day-to-day workloads with new business pitches while maintaining team morale and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry/agency experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Works independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
• Articulates a clear direction to copy partners, direct reports, or junior staff.
• Possesses expert knowledge of the science to use it innovatively.
• Master's nuances of the work and shows ability to think on feet. Produces a breadth of fresh, strategic, and persuasive concepts.
• Able to create using all forms of media (print, digital, etc) from conception to completion.
• Evaluates work without imposing own style, emphasizing overall team success.
• Ensures quality; able to approve work for client presentations.
• Provides feedback on timelines and job processes with an eye toward resourcing for the overall workload.
