Job summary

Ares Management Corporation, based in New York, is seeking a Corporate Marketing Associate to support brand operations, sponsorships and campaigns across the firm. This role works with senior executives and cross-functional partners to amplify the firm's brand across multiple channels and asset classes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in corporate marketing, experience coordinating with agencies, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate marketing, brand management, advertising, sponsorship marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing or brand campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns aligned with corporate marketing objectives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, and milestones.
• Assist in developing campaign briefs and managing creative asset development with internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across brand, advertising, sponsorships, and marketing workstreams.
• Review marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance.
• Assist in maintaining advertising budgets, invoices, and campaign performance reporting.
• Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, events, hospitality programs, and promotional activities.
• Manage brand asset libraries, templates, and shared resources.
