Team One, the Publicis Groupe agency in Los Angeles, seeks a seasoned PR Account Supervisor to drive communications across premium brands. You’ll lead media relations, storytelling and client partnerships, collaborating with integrated teams to create ideas and programs that earn attention and deliver tangible results.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in PR, strong writing and media networks, and a track record of turning cultural moments into earned media opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of public relations experience, preferably within a PR agency or integrated marketing communications agency.
• Strong storyteller with ability to turn brand priorities and cultural moments into PR ideas.
• Strong relationships with media across traditional, digital and emerging platforms.
• Strategic and creative thinker comfortable leading brainstorms and developing integrated programs.
• Confident client communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day development and execution of PR and marketing communications programs across client accounts, contributing to ideas, strategy, execution, measurement and reporting.
• Be a storyteller and culture-spotter—identifying timely, relevant opportunities and developing earned media programs that put brands at the center of conversations.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with journalists, influencers and creators across traditional, digital and emerging media; develop compelling pitches and story angles that drive high-impact coverage.
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day client partner, providing thoughtful counsel and helping manage priorities, presentations, timelines and deliverables.
• Be an active voice in creative and integrated brainstorms, bringing fresh, unexpected ideas and an earned-first perspective to campaigns, launches, partnerships, events and cultural moments.
• Contribute to new business pitches and growth opportunities, jumping in wherever needed—from research and ideation to storytelling, media strategy and pitch presentations.
