Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Communications/Journalism/Business.
• 1+ years of professional marketing, social media, or content creation experience.
• Strong writing, communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create and edit graphics and video content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
• Write social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, articles, and press releases.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments per bank policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products and community involvement.
• Track content performance and report insights to optimize strategies.
