Job summary

Foothills Bank in Arizona is seeking a creative Social Media and Content Specialist to join our marketing team. You will develop, manage, and publish content across social platforms and digital signage to promote our products, strengthen our brand, and engage communities throughout the state.

The ideal candidate writes clearly, tells compelling stories, and captures photo and video content. You will also support email campaigns, website copy, articles, and press releases as part of our marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications.
• 1+ year of professional marketing, communications, social media, or content creation experience.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms and digital signage.
• Create and edit photos and short-form videos at branches and events.
• Write and edit posts, emails, website copy, articles, and press releases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, and community involvement.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments per bank policy.
• Track content performance and inform future strategies.
• Create graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
