Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a seasoned marketing copywriter to develop and refine brand storytelling across channels. You’ll craft compelling copy, support creative projects, and guide colleagues toward brand-consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in copywriting, content development, or brand storytelling (agency or in-house experience preferred).
• Proven experience writing marketing copy across multiple channels and formats.
• Experience within restaurant, hospitality, retail, food, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
• Exceptional proofreading, editing, and quality assurance skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working within workflow/project management systems such as Workfront preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and produce marketing materials that promote the Cracker Barrel brand and drive sales.
• Represent the brand at photo shoots and make client creative decisions on set (travel may be required).
• Suggest and implement creative changes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on creative solutions to meet business objectives and brand standards.
• Review internal guest-facing copy for brand guideline adherence and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Director of Creative on projects from concept to asset production.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and vendors to plan and produce marketing elements.
• Support internal clients with guest-facing creative requests and occasional employee-facing content.
• Travel occasionally to stay current on business topics (seminars, conferences, meetings).
