Job summary

Oxbow Talent, a fast-growing US technology company, is hiring 2–3 marketing and content professionals to build and scale its in-house function in New York City. You’ll own organic social content across major platforms, create engaging short-form video and graphics, and shape the voice of the brand directly with the founders.

You’ll explore community events, ambassador programs and creative campaigns, with ownership, creative freedom and meaningful impact in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of original content: social media, video or design work.
• Experience growing social media accounts for a company, startup or brand.
• Ability to produce content that resonates and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop organic social content across TikTok, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging short-form videos, graphics and campaigns for organic growth.
• Develop content strategies to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Represent the brand on camera and at community events.
• Plan community activations, events and ambassador programs.
• Work with founders on brand positioning and creative direction.
• Support campaigns and major product launches with high-quality assets.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate execution.
• Analyze performance and optimise content and campaigns.
