Job summary

Pandora at Holyoke Mall in Ingleside, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to immerse in our brand, culture, and jewelry products while supporting the Store Manager and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead on the sales floor, coach the team to hit KPIs, and build lasting brand loyalty.

You will be required to maintain on-brand merchandising, mentor staff, and ensure smooth operations across schedules that include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and in-store execution.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor and drive sales to achieve KPIs.
• Coach and develop sales team, providing real-time feedback to meet targets.
• Build brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge and customer interactions.
• Support recruitment and merchandising to maintain on-brand store standards.
