Job summary

Swickard Auto Group seeks a hospitality-minded Brand Specialist for Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks. No automotive experience is required; training will be provided. You will welcome guests, guide them through the lineup, and demonstrate vehicles to deliver a premium brand experience.

• Welcome guests to Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks with genuine warmth and professionalism -- creating a first impression that reflects the standard of the brand
• Guide guests through the Mercedes-Benz lineup with curiosity and enthusiasm -- learning the vehicles deeply and connecting their features to what matters most to each individual buyer
• Listen carefully to understand each guest's needs, lifestyle, and priorities -- then present the right vehicle with confidence and clarity
• Conduct engaging, informative vehicle demonstrations and test drives that bring the Mercedes-Benz experience to life
• Build lasting guest relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up -- maintaining a disciplined pipeline in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales management and finance to guide guests through a seamless, transparent purchase process
• Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand and Swickard's hospitality standard in every interaction -- on the floor, on the phone, and online
• Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction scores

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- we will invest in your brand and product training from day one
• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or a guest-facing role strongly preferred
• Polished, professional presence -- Mercedes-Benz guests expect to feel genuinely welcomed and well-served from the first interaction
• Natural communicator who listens well, builds rapport quickly, and follows through with integrity
• Self-motivated with a hunger to grow your earnings and your career
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A genuine hospitality mindset -- the guest experience is not a task, it's the standard
