Position Overview

The Brand Specialist is responsible for driving growth in branded categories (PAL, Photochromatic, AR) across all channels (ELOA, PLG, IDD, KA). They will achieve sales goals through team coordination, training, and practice visits with Eyecare Providers to promote products like Nuance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies to grow branded categories within the assigned territory.
  2. Influence sales teams and customers to meet business objectives.
  3. Serve as a technical expert in lens technology and the value EL provides.
  4. Meet or exceed sales forecasts for the brand group.
  5. Educate doctors through local workshops.
  6. Manage sales volume across ECP and IDD channels.
  7. Ensure compliance with territory and account planning activities.
  8. Assist in building key account business plans.
  9. Partner with audiology consultants to train on Nuance technology.
  10. Coach sales teams on selling processes to meet regional sales targets.
  11. Complete reports and administrative duties accurately and timely.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
  13. Travel 40-50% of the time.
Qualifications
Basic
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven results.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Technical knowledge in lens, audiology, or medical devices.
  • Leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, sales tools).
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience leading sales teams preferred.
  • ABO Certification preferred.
