The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media management for a consumer brand, agency, or media company.
• Strong understanding of how each major platform works.
• Hands-on content creation ability.
• Demonstrated track record of growing brand social presence.
• Organized and self-directed with editorial calendar management skills.
• Data-literate and comfortable with analytics.
• Experience in home, lifestyle, or design categories is a plus.
• Video content experience (Reels, TikTok) is required.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution for the assigned brand.
• Develop and manage a content calendar balancing brand storytelling and community engagement.
• Brief and collaborate with the brand's Content Creator.
• Write compelling copy for posts and captions.
• Manage community engagement promptly and appropriately.
• Coordinate with the Influencer team on brand messaging.
• Monitor platform trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Track and report on social performance metrics.
• Support campaign launches with timely social content.
• Collaborate on paid social amplification.
