Job summary

Ladder is seeking a full-time Brand Social Creator in Austin to become the on-camera face across our social channels. You will concept, shoot, edit, and publish compelling fitness content, collaborating with coaches and celebrity partners to showcase programming, training psychology, and progressive overload.

You will need a genuine, engaging on-camera presence, hands-on CapCut editing skills, and deep fitness knowledge to translate expertise into entertaining, informative content for Gen‑Z

Qualifications

• A real body of work with on-camera appearances and a personal portfolio.
• Ability to concept, shoot, edit, and publish content at platform pace.
• Strong understanding of fitness topics and ability to translate expertise into engaging video content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the recurring on-camera face of Ladder across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Own content end to end - concept, shoot, edit, publish - at the pace the platforms require.
• Build and star in repeatable series that give an audience a reason to return.
• Translate real fitness expertise into content that holds attention.
• Create alongside coaches and celebrity partners to showcase best performances on camera.
• Read performance data and shape future content accordingly.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager, Brand Social and the creative team on channel direction.
