Job summary

ALEXIS LAUREN is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and ten steps ahead individual to join our Miami team. This role plays a pivotal part in brand awareness, experiences, engagement and relationships across social, events and partnerships.

You will create content assets for social media, design assets for campaigns, manage growth marketing via email and SMS, build influencer relationships, plan events, and track KPIs with a hands-on, independent mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years in social media, content creation or marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and major platforms.
Creative, detail-oriented and self-driven; lead ideas from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

Create all content assets for social media and edit original content.
Create elevated graphic design assets for social, email, website, events and marketing campaigns.
Growth marketing through email and SMS campaigns.
Create relationships through grassroots efforts.
Manage and plan all events.
Secure sponsors and partnerships.
Grow email and lead database.
Create influencer strategy and manage relationships.
Lead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, and analytics.
Track weekly performance and outcomes; produce newsletters and releases.
