Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement incident management procedures.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are followed, including daily inspections, equipment checks, and reports.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures; assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
• Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Support store personnel to deliver a Tiffany Experience and achieve sales plans.
• Elevate client interactions through brand ambassador behavior and exceptional service.
