NW Natural is seeking a Creative Services Specialist in Portland, OR to partner on high‑quality visual communications and brand‑driven storytelling. You will blend strong design skills with production know‑how and capable project management to translate complex information into engaging visuals across print, digital, and presentation formats.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, Adobe CC proficiency, and a track record of delivering on-brand materials while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in corporate, agency, or in-house environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing for print, digital, and presentation platforms, including PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently while supporting broader creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality print and digital communications (newsletters, presentations, reports, signage, digital graphics, marketing materials).
• Ensure consistent application of NW Natural's brand standards across channels.
• Collaborate with communications professionals, business partners, and external vendors to deliver projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain and enhance templates, digital asset libraries, and other brand resources.
• Assist with photography, video, and other multimedia projects as needed.
