Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications (Contract) to elevate our U.S. corporate reputation and storytelling. You will drive a 360° communications strategy with our agency and U.S.

leadership, shaping media relations, executive visibility, and corporate announcements. You will also lead internal communications, ensuring alignment across Town Halls, leadership messages, and enterprise-wide updates in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a U.S. corporate communications strategy.
• Develop external messaging, press materials, corporate positioning, and executive visibility plans.
• Support media engagement, conference visibility, and reputation-building initiatives.
• Manage the U.S. social media strategy across corporate channels, including LinkedIn.
• Lead U.S. internal communications strategy, including Town Halls and leadership updates.
