Weekday AI is hiring a Brand Reputation, SEO & PR Manager to own and strengthen the organisation's digital presence. This remote role requires hands-on execution to manage search visibility, implement high-authority content, and lead crisis-response PR.

The ideal candidate delivers measurable results across SEO, content strategy, and reputation management, collaborating with senior leadership while maintaining authentic brand storytelling across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in online reputation management, SEO, digital PR, brand communications, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of improving and managing brand visibility and reputation across search results.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, technical search fundamentals, and search reputation management.
• Experience developing high-authority content strategies and securing digital PR or media placements.
• Ability to respond quickly to reputation threats and emerging issues with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the brand's Page One search presence across Google and other search ecosystems.
• Develop strategies to ensure top results are dominated by authoritative brand properties.
• Claim, optimise, maintain and refresh profiles across LinkedIn, Medium, directories, review platforms, and other high-authority sites.
• Monitor brand search results, online mentions, reviews, and media coverage across digital channels.
• Develop and publish SEO-optimised content to strengthen positive brand narratives and visibility.
• Build a content defence strategy with authoritative sites, editorial content, digital PR, and organic search.
• Develop relationships with journalists and high-authority sites to secure press mentions and earned media.
• Coordinate rapid-response content and PR strategies when reputation risks emerge.
• Build a customer advocacy community and identify brand advocates for authentic storytelling.
• Develop and maintain reputation monitoring systems using tools like Google Alerts, Mention, Brand24.
• Identify emerging reputation risks and evolving search trends to adapt strategies.
