Job summary

Hivemind Capital Partners in New York seeks a Director of Marketing to own the firm’s marketing strategy end-to-end. Translate investment and technology strategies into clear narratives, maintain an institutional-grade brand, and lead content, digital presence, events, and partnerships with senior leadership.

The role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution in a fast-evolving crypto/digital assets space, with in-office presence in NYC three days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management affiliated roles with crypto or fintech familiarity.
• Ability to operate independently, setting strategy while executing.
• Strong command of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to translate ideas into outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with firm priorities, fund launches, and technology initiatives.
• Single owner for all marketing and communications, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Develop content across website, social media, thought leadership, and firm announcements.
• Maintain and evolve the firm’s digital presence with an institutional-grade brand.
• Build presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials for LPs and internal stakeholders.
• Manage external marketing partners, PR firms, press relationships, and event vendors.
• Plan and execute events to engage a range of external stakeholders.
• Track and assess performance across digital marketing and brand initiatives using data.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership to translate strategy into tangible outputs.
