Job summary

Altar'd State is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in a fast-growing retail environment. You will drive revenue through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a clean, inviting store setting.

You will report to Store Leadership and actively contribute to achieving both personal and store sales goals, while maintaining brand standards and supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and build relationships with guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment and assist with merchandising.
• Execute register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in store opening/closing procedures and daily tasks with a guest-focused approach.
• Support loss prevention and safety practices and participate in inventory prep.
