Altar’d State is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand with a mission to give back and make a difference. Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) drive revenue by delivering exceptional guest service, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You’ll work with store leadership to meet individual and store goals. The role requires 18+ years of age, physical stamina for standing and lifting, and a commitment to company service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment and present merchandising and displays.
• Accurately process transactions at the register and handle cash with accuracy.
• Open/close procedures and assist in store operations as directed.
