Job summary

Altar’d State in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked store environment.

You will strive to meet individual sales goals, take part in store processes, and contribute to merchandising and visual presentation while upholding brand standards and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks with prolonged standing, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and delivering the Altar’d State service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and assist guests with product knowledge and purchasing decisions.
• Handle register transactions accurately and process payments.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and loss prevention practices.
• Contribute to merchandising, window displays, and maintaining presentation standards.
