Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks for a wireless brand. This independent contractor role involves regular store visits, data collection, and reporting via the ThirdChannel App.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, typically one hour each, with flexibility coordinated with store management. Immediate start dates after certification.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits & quality control: conduct structured store visits to evaluate presentation and conditions.
• Visit execution: initial audit followed by follow-ups and merchandising transitions throughout the year.
• Display & merchandising fixes: assist staff in resolving display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data/photos.
